Mercedes McNab is an American actress best known for her role as ���Harmony��� in the Joss Whedon series ���Buffy the Vampire Slayer��� and the spin off series ���Angel��� starring David Boreanaz.
Mercedes McNab was born in Vancouver, British Columbia on March 14th 1980. She is the daughter of British football player Bob McNab who played for Arsenal in the 1970���s. Mercedes became a professional actress from a very early age, and had her first role in the movie ���The Addams Family��� in 1991 where she played the role of a stuck up child selling Girl Scout cookies. She later won a similar role in the follow up movie ���The Addams Family Values��� playing an obnoxious summer camp resident in 1993.
In 1997 Mercedes won the role that she has now become most famous for, that of ���Harmony Kendall��� in the cult US TV series ���Buffy the Vampire Slayer��� by Joss Whedon. She originally auditioned for the role of ���Buffy��� which was eventually cast to Sarah Michelle Geller but after impressing the team with her acting talents was called back for the role of Harmony, the dim witted fashion conscious Vampire.
After becoming a firm favourite on Buffy the Vampire Slayer Mercedes was asked to appear in the spin of series ���Angel��� starring David Boreanaz and Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia) She had a guest spot in 2001 and became a series regular from 2003-2004.
Mercedes McNab has also had brief appearances in TV shows and movies including ���Dawson���s Creek��� ���Harry & The Henderson���s��� and ���Boston Public���.
